2、开头：1.不建议用Dear，建议用Hello，个人建议，因为Dear过时了，而且听着像讨好客户；然后简单问好，简单些就可以，现在还不熟；
3、正文：产品名称+产品参数+产品规格+包装情况+特别之处+自己经验；原则是，不丢点，客户需要的都给了，客户不需要的尽量避免，对客户比较重要的一些也可以主动加上；
4、结尾：成交过的例子+问问题；成交的例子是为了促进客户的购买欲；问问题是为了尽量让客户回复你，有回复就有信息，有了更多信缓肉酪盂息就有更多机会，只要客户回复，你就可以凭借专业性和服务打动客户，怕就怕客户不理我们。
