引入配置类Appconfig会遇到的问题

1、引入配置类Appconfig，使用的是AnnotationConfigApplicationContext类。

3、我们酋篚靶高需要把MapperScannerConfigurer标记成static静态方法，否则会使得属性都无法完成注入。
