1、设置姓名的自定义数据结构ut_name为varchar(16)。

2、设置年龄的带有默认值的自定义数据结构ut_nl为int，默认值为1。

4、在standard check标签页设置defaul，首先创建默认值

5、设置好默认值后，返回设置ut_nl的默认值，选择刚设置的默认名称
