1、例如gta，点击库中相应游戏-点击客服

3、点击红框内I'd like to request a refund，即我要退款
4、Refund to Alipay为退款到支付宝 Refund to my Steam wallet为退款到Steam钱包 值得注意的是，任何方式都可以退款到Steam钱包，而使用钱包的交易只能退款到钱包
