1、安装MyEclipse和mysql软件（貌似废话），然后设置MyEclipse与mysql的连接
jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/test?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8
2、设置MyEclipse文件编码。且跟mysql的连接编码一致
set names gbk; SET character_set_client='utf8';SET character_set_connection='utf8';SET character_set_results='utf8';

3、建表就定义字符编码，且与之前定义的一致：
create table recommentd(id int(255)not null primary key auto_increment,productUrl varchar(255)character set utf8,ImgUrl varchar(255)character set utf8,name varchar(255)character set utf8)ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8 COLLATE=utf8_unicode_ci ;
